• Workshop and bootcamp fees
• Any partial or full payments made

2. Reasons for Non-Refundable Policy

We maintain a strict non-refundable policy because:

• Course materials and resources are prepared specifically for enrolled students
• Trainer schedules and batch sizes are planned based on enrollments
• Infrastructure and support systems are allocated upon enrollment
• Digital access and course content is provided immediately upon payment
• Administrative and operational costs are incurred at the time of enrollment

3. Before You Enroll

We strongly recommend that you:

4. Batch Transfer

In exceptional cases, if you are unable to attend your enrolled batch, you may request a one-time batch transfer to a future batch of the same course. This is subject to:

• Written request submitted at least 7 days before batch start
• Availability of seats in the future batch
• Management approval
• Transfer must be completed within 6 months of original enrollment
• Only one transfer request per enrollment is allowed

5. Course Cancellation by Prakalpana

In the rare event that Prakalpana cancels a course or training program before commencement due to unforeseen circumstances, enrolled students will be offered:

• Transfer to an equivalent course or future batch
• Credit towards any other Prakalpana course of equal or lesser value
• In exceptional cases, a full refund may be considered at management's sole discretion

6. No Refund for

• Change of mind after enrollment
• Inability to attend classes due to personal reasons
• Dissatisfaction with course content after enrollment
• Job change or relocation
• Health-related issues (batch transfer may be considered)
• Technical issues on your end (internet, device, etc.)
• Partial course completion or dropout
