Answers to the questions everyone asks

What to do after B.Tech / BE if you have no job?

Pick one job-ready role instead of learning everything. For most CSE and IT graduates that means backend development with Java and Spring Boot, full stack with MERN, or a data path with SQL and Python. Build two or three real projects, put them on GitHub, then apply off-campus with a focused resume. Non-CSE graduates can follow the same path; it just takes a few extra weeks of fundamentals.

How to get an IT job after a career gap?

Recruiters care more about current skills than the gap. Refresh fundamentals, learn one in-demand stack properly, and build recent projects that prove it. In interviews, explain the gap briefly and honestly, then move to what you have built since. A structured, mentor-led course helps you restart faster than self-study.

How to switch from non-IT to an IT career?

Start with a role that has a gentle entry curve: software testing, data analytics or Python. These need logical thinking more than a CS degree. Once you are in, you can grow into development, data engineering or cloud. Focus on projects and certifications that show you can do the job.

Which course should I choose for a good IT job in 2026?

It depends on your background and goals. Developers do well with Java, Spring Boot and Microservices; people who like infrastructure suit DevOps, Kubernetes and cloud; analytical minds fit data engineering and analytics; and AI roles reward Python plus machine learning. A counselling session matches the path to you instead of the trend.

Which skill should working professionals learn for a salary hike?

Learn the next skill up from what you already do: testers move to automation, developers to system design and microservices, support and admin roles to DevOps and cloud, and analysts to data engineering. Adjacent moves are faster and pay off sooner than starting over.

Java or Python: which is better for getting a job?

Both are excellent. Java has the most backend and enterprise openings in India, especially with Spring Boot. Python is the entry point for data, automation and AI. Choose Java for backend developer roles and Python if you are aiming for data or AI.

Career counselling FAQs

How much does career counselling cost?

A 1-on-1 career counselling session costs ₹200 for 30 minutes. It is a fixed price with no obligation to buy a course.

Who should book a career counselling session?

Fresh graduates who do not know what to do after college, final-year students, people with a career gap, anyone switching from non-IT to IT, and working professionals unsure which skill to learn next.

Who will I talk to?

An experienced industry mentor who works in tech and understands current hiring, not a sales executive.

Is the session online?

Yes. It is a live 1-on-1 video or phone call, so you can join from anywhere in India or abroad.

Do I have to join a course after counselling?

No. The session is independent. If a course suits you we will explain the options, but the plan you get is yours to follow however you choose.

I have a 2–3 year gap after engineering. Can I still get an IT job?

Yes, many people restart after a gap. What matters is current, demonstrable skills and projects. In the session we build a realistic plan for your situation and how to explain the gap in interviews.

How do I book?

Message us on WhatsApp at +91 9180377502 with a line about your background. We confirm a slot, share payment details for the ₹200 fee and send the call link.
