Who can apply to become a trainer at Prakalpana Technologies?
Working software professionals, architects, freelance trainers and experienced mentors with strong hands-on expertise in at least one of our tracks, Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, System Design, DevOps, AWS/GCP, Data Engineering, Data Analytics or AI/ML. We typically look for 4+ years of industry experience, but exceptional candidates with less are welcome to apply.
Is prior training experience mandatory?
No. Prior corporate or classroom training experience helps, but it is not mandatory. What matters most is depth in the technology and the ability to explain concepts clearly. First-time trainers are evaluated through a demo session and are supported with ready curriculum and mentoring.
Is this a full-time job or freelance work?
Most of our trainer roles are freelance or part-time engagements taken up batch by batch, which is why they suit working professionals. Full-time opportunities open up occasionally for senior trainers, and you can indicate your availability in the registration form.
Do I need to be based in Bengaluru?
No. Our training is primarily live online and 1-on-1, so you can train from anywhere in India or abroad. Only occasional classroom and corporate sessions in HSR Layout, Bengaluru require you to be local, and those are always optional.
Which technologies are most in demand for trainers right now?
Spring Boot, Microservices, System Design (LLD and HLD), Kubernetes, AWS, Data Engineering, Data Analytics with Power BI and Tableau, and the AI tracks covering Generative AI, MLOps and Agentic AI see the highest batch demand. Core Java, Python and DSA run continuously through the year.
How long does the trainer selection process take?
We review every application within 2โ3 working days. If your profile matches an upcoming batch, we schedule a screening call and a short demo session, so the full process usually completes within one to two weeks.
What time slots are available for trainers?
We run early-morning (7โ10 AM IST), evening (7โ10 PM IST) and weekend batches, along with weekday daytime corporate sessions. You choose the slots that fit your schedule while registering.
