Is the training delivered online or on-site?
Both. Most engagements run live online over video, which suits distributed teams and keeps scheduling flexible. On-site delivery is available at your office in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, Mumbai, Delhi, Gurgaon and Noida, and hybrid cohorts (some participants in a room, some remote) are common.
Can the curriculum be customised to our codebase and cloud?
Yes, and it usually is. Before the first session we run a scoping call with your engineering leads to understand the current stack, the target state and the skill gaps. Labs and examples are then built around your frameworks, your cloud provider and your architecture, so what the team practises transfers directly to their work.
What is the minimum and maximum batch size?
We typically run cohorts of 10 to 25 participants, which keeps sessions interactive and lets trainers review code individually. Smaller teams of 5 or fewer are usually better served by focused 1-on-1 or small-group mentoring, and larger organisations are split into parallel cohorts.
How long does a corporate training program run?
It depends on the scope. Focused workshops run 2 to 5 days, enablement tracks typically run 4 to 8 weeks with weekly sessions, and graduate onboarding programs run 4 to 12 weeks. We propose a schedule during the scoping call and shape it around your release calendar.
Do you provide assessments and completion reports?
Yes. Each program includes a baseline assessment, hands-on labs with reviewed submissions, and a post-training assessment. Your L&D team receives attendance records, per-participant scores and a completion report at the end of the engagement.
